alpenflow | yoga & movement lab is located in Truckee, CA. Serving the Truckee and greater North Lake Tahoe communities, our studio is equipped with state of the art infrared heating and ventilation systems. Our teachers are experienced and deeply rooted in the lineage of yoga. We offer yoga classes, workshops, trainings and special events for all levels. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a regular practitioner, alpenflow offers something for you. Our schedule offers warm, heated, and hot yoga, and pilates classes in our beautiful 2500 square foot space.
